The house offers nearly 300 m² of living space on a 1,200 m² property, much of which is accessible to guests. The wooded and shaded garden , facing south and overlooking the sea , enhances this feeling of tranquility. Here, you can enjoy a privileged setting with sea views, the beach within walking distance, and a peaceful atmosphere .

At certain times, Casa Nova can also be privatized entirely , for family holidays in Corsica , a stay with friends or a tailor-made break in a charming location in Sagone.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer several services and amenities at an additional cost .

Travel light with our "Quiet Beach" set, including a beach umbrella and beach towels , ideal for enjoying the sea with ease.
Families with young children can also book the "Baby Welcome" package, which includes a baby cot, baby bath, changing mat, stroller and games (at no extra charge) .

We also offer, for an additional fee, a crockery set , access to the washing machine , early arrival from noon onwards , as well as a charging service for electric cars or electric bikes .

Breakfast, table d'hôtes and on-site dining

At Casa Nova, holidays also involve the pleasure of starting the day well and sharing good times around the table.

We offer a buffet breakfast served between 8am and 10am , to take your time before heading to the beach or onto the roads of Corsica.
A quick breakfast (pastries and hot drinks) is offered.

In the evening, let yourself be tempted by our table d'hôtes , served at the family table , featuring local cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
At lunchtime, we also offer a snack platter , practical and convivial to prolong the holiday spirit.
