Casa Nova offers 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 7 toilets, as well as 2 study rooms, including spaces that can be used for additional sleeping accommodation.

The spacious 100 m² living area, with its open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, is perfect for spending time together while enjoying plenty of space.

The furnished terraces with sea views provide a natural extension of the living areas.

Your Private Pool and the Beach Within Walking Distance

When you book the entire property, the swimming pool area is reserved exclusively for your group.

Enjoy a large outdoor pool with sea views, sun loungers, parasols and relaxing outdoor spaces.

Casa Nova retains the attentive service of a guesthouse, even when the entire property is reserved exclusively for your group.

From June to September, housekeeping is included for 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, according to the conditions of your booking.

Outside this period, housekeeping services may be available at an additional cost.

Depending on availability, you can also request additional services, including a breakfast basket.

Small Cosy Room – Affordable Stay in Sagone, Corsica

Looking for an affordable guest room in South Corsica for a short break, a weekend or an overnight stay? Casa Nova's Small Cosy category offers comfortable accommodation and access to our shared facilities, just 400 metres' walk from Santana Beach.

Ideal for one or two nights, your room includes comfortable bedding, air conditioning, a private shower room with toilet and free Wi-Fi.

Depending on availability, your room will be located on the ground floor or first floor. Rooms are allocated by Casa Nova and may differ in size, layout and location. Sea views and a private terrace are not guaranteed.

Whichever room you are allocated, you can enjoy Casa Nova's shared facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool with sea views, the garden and shaded terraces.

Accessibility: A room suitable for certain reduced-mobility needs may be available upon request. Please contact us before booking so we can check whether its facilities meet your specific requirements.

Pets: Dogs are accepted only in the designated room, subject to prior agreement and availability, for an additional €12 per day.
