The house has 6 bedrooms in total, including a suite comprising two interconnected bedrooms arranged in a row, as well as 6 bathrooms and 7 toilets. Additional spaces can provide extra sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 15 guests.
The spacious 100 m² living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. A welcoming space for cooking, sharing meals and spending time together.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the terraces with sea views extend the living areas outdoors.
A floor plan and detailed sleeping arrangements are provided before booking, so you can make sure the layout suits your group.
Your Own Private Swimming Pool, Overlooking the Sea
One of the greatest pleasures of renting Casa Nova exclusively is having the entire swimming pool area reserved just for your family or friends.

And whenever you feel like going to the beach, Santana Beach is just a short walk away. Beach restaurants are also available during the season.

Renting Casa Nova exclusively means enjoying the independence of a holiday villa without giving up the comfort of a guesthouse.
Your stay includes:

- Final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Casa Nova is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We want everyone to enjoy their holiday while respecting the tranquillity of our neighbours.
Parties, organised celebrations and events are not permitted on the property.
The owners live in separate accommodation on the property. Some outdoor access areas are shared, but the rented house and its swimming pool area are reserved exclusively for your group.
Practical Information
- Maximum capacity: 15 guests.
- Check-in: from 5 pm.
- Check-out: before 9 am.
- Swimming pool: exclusive use during your stay, accessible until 7:30 pm.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Security deposit: €4,000.
- Final cleaning: included.
- Water and electricity: consumption is charged according to the conditions of the direct rental agreement.
The house is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels, which contribute to its electricity production and form part of our efforts to manage energy consumption responsibly.
