The Bay of Sagone has the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. The nearest beach is that of Santana with very beautiful straw huts where you can eat lunch and dinner. It is supervised from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nautical activities are practiced on the large beach of Sagone center located 1 km away: diving, catamaran rental, windsurfing... It is also the starting point for boat trips to the Iles Sanguinaires and the nature reserve of Scandola (listed as World Heritage).
Land activities are also numerous. The Sagone ranch, 5 km from the house, offers horseback riding. In the city center, you will find departures for via cordata, canyoning and tree climbing.
Sagone is located on the road to Calvi by the coast, one of the most picturesque in Corsica. You will need a few busy days to visit the unmissable sites of the island: The Sanguinaires Islands, Lake Créno, the natural swimming pools of Vico, Cargèse and its Orthodox church, the Calanques de Piana (listed as a world heritage site), the port of Porto.
And whydo not push the adventure to the Citadel of Calvi and the villages of Balagne... But that's another story.
